Candy & Sandy

This is a crazy weekend. I learned people don't like it when you eat two bags of chocolate. It made me very sick, so I don't like it either. I had to go to the vet late at night spend the night there so they could make me feel better. I will try not to be tempted but the chocolate treats again.

 They had to shave my sides so they could hook me up to the telemetry to monitor my heart.

I'll try to promise to be good with Pebbles.

 So today we have hurricane "Sandy" coming to our area. So we have some rain and wind. People are being very cautious since hurricane can be dangerous. Everyone at home prefers to stay indoors but I love the storm. I love the feeling of the wind in my hair.

Trip to NC

So this weekend we decided to go on a road trip to North Carolina.

We left on Friday for the long ride. Mommy made sure that Pebbles and I were all packed. She also made sure we had a bed in the car for the long ride, plus plenty of water.When going for long rides it is important to make sure to stop as much as possible so we could stretch our legs and potty at rest areas. When we got to NC we went to a few different parks, dog park included. Then got to finally visit friends of the family. I was so happy to meet new members of our friends' family too. Then heading home we stopped half way to make the ride home easy on all of us. I loved the experience. People are so nice wherever I go.

Fourth of July

So in my family we celebrate the 4th of July. On the third, we went to a parade. There were many people and dogs. Even dogs in the parade. My mommy's brother and cousin was in the parade as well. I love being able to see new things. Then on the fourth we went to a BBQ at cousin Melissa's & Bella's. People were very kind there. Everyone wondering what kind of poodle I was. I guess Parti Poodles aren't so known still. Then after the BBQ, we went swimming! I love the pool. It is the best thing on earth! I kept running around the pool, then jumping in. I would swim to each person, then run around out side of the pool. That night we slept over Melissa's house. Holidays are just so much fun.

Fun week with friends!

We been staying with a great friend. In the house we have Peter, Pebbles, Poodle (me) and Puppy (Lilly). A lot of P's kind of funny. I am having fun playing all the time with my friends at home. Also this week I got to visit my friend Riley in the city. The city is a lot of walking and a lot of people. I love it! Then last night we had Sashi come over. She's staying for a few days. It is kind of like a party. House full of fun! Today, Pebbles, Sashi and I were brought for a walk at the beach. It was such a beautiful day. Not too hot, not too cold. I got to swim and walk on rocks. Then we laid out and enjoyed the day. I even got everyone to bark at a couple of dogs who walked by us. We were saying a friendly hello but mommy didn't seem to want us making any noise. Now we are home, the house is quiet. Sleep time!
